Today, October 13 through the 21, Positively Delicious OC hosts a unique version of ‘Restaurant Week’ focused on sustainable foods. The producers, The Positive Plate, who in collaboration with OC Food Access Coalition and Harvest to Hope, aim to promote the types of food you could grow yourself in your backyard. They’re creating personal events where people can meet local chefs, sample sustainably grown food from local farms, or watch a documentary in the park where you can learn about the process and help raise awareness. For the next few days there will be new events nearly everyday.
